Thom P. Miller was born and raised in Michigan, the son of Robert and Lillian who at an early age instilled in him a love for music, particularly the piano. He studied at The California Institute of the Arts, where he studied with Harold Budd and learned so much from James Tenney, David Mahler, Peter Garland, Alan Kaprow, and so many others. A composer and Music Director for some 40 years, he currently resides in Chicago.
